Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
